Negril, Jamaica is renowned as a small, relaxed resort on one of the Caribbean's most beautiful islands. Negril itself has a spectacular coastline including a world famous seven mile white sand beach. It is a wonderful place to unwind and restore the soul. Negril is vibrant, brought alive by the Jamaican people, their music and a sultry climate that invites a leisurely way of life.
For 30 years Barbara Benagh and John Schumacher have welcomed
yoga students to join them for one or two weeks of yoga in Negril.
The yoga vacation they have created offers students the opportunity
to explore in depth two distinctly different approaches to yoga.
But the vacation is more than that.
It is an occasion for people who enjoy yoga and the exotic rhythm of Jamaica to get together with old friends, make new ones and simply have a good time.
